Lindsey Barr, Founder of World-Changing Kids, talks to Derick Fage about having conversations with kids about real life issues and providing them with actions they can take to help make things better. By doing this, Lindsey helps the kids to become confident, empowered, inspired compassionate leaders and citizens, as opposed to what we are seeing a lot of lately – youth who are anxious, overwhelmed and apathetic because the world’s problems seem so big and they were never shown how they could be part of the solution. Then they talked about how pivoting to offer all this online since COVID has actually opened a lot of doors and provided opportunities for the kids that Lindsey could have never have imagined before.
