This is the amazing online Zine that the kids in my Upstanders Academy created from all the learning we did on Plastic Pollution. There are so many important issues discussed in this Zine – like the fact that the plastic industry lied to us about how much plastic was actually recyclable so that we would keep buying more, and the fact that there will be more plastic in the ocean than fish by 2050 if we don’t change things.
Then we talk about some people who are doing great work to help – like The Ocean Cleanup and 4ocean and Deep Blue Cleanup.
Then, as always, we end with actions we can take to help make things better. Take a read through and if you had any feedback, I know the kids would love to hear it!
