Hey Alta Vista Friends!
I am taking orders for this amazing sign. Who else would like to have one on their front lawn?
The signs are being made by the First United Church in Westboro. An awesome neighbour attends this church, and she was so confident that I would want one, she brought home an extra for me. The Church is asking for a $10 donation for the sign.

I was thinking we should try to make our community the one with the highest number of these welcome lawn signs in all of Ottawa. With that as our goal, even if we lose we actually win because it means that other communities are competing with us to be even more welcoming! And the more welcoming our city is, the happier we will all be.
