Join us for our second Family Social Justice Club Workshop at Revel Academy. This time our special guest is Brigitte Boulay – Homeless Advocate and Author.
This awesome workshop will have three acts:
1. We will begin by running around the NUTS indoor obstacle course.
2. We will listen to a presentation from Brigitte to learn more about homelessness.
3. We will work on our group act of kindness to help make things better – for this we will be making Kindness Paintings to be auctioned off at Brigitte’s upcoming fundraising event and we will prepare a meal for Brigitte to deliver to the homeless the following day.
There will be so much love and kindness shared – it will be a soulful evening spent with your children and other awesome families that will fill your heart right up to the brim!
AGE SUITABILITY
Suggested age range: 6 to 12 years old
TICKETS
All participants – both children and adults – need to purchase a ticket. But we do offer two types of tickets for this event:
Workshop with admission to the N.U.T.S indoor obstacle course – $20
Workshop only (does not include the obstacle course) – $12
Please note that adults are encouraged to participate in the obstacle course too!
